Production & Delivery
When your company does business with Brand-ID we undertake to keep all information in the strictest confidence. We will keep you appraised of the progress of your order during its production and in particular of expected delivery dates.
From your confirmation of the artwork we estimate an approximate lead-time of fifteen working days until the delivery of your order (depending on the order quantity).
The flow-chart below details how your order is handled and what things Brand-ID will need from your company during this process.
1. Brand-ID receives your completed order form and an initial 50% deposit.
2. Brand-ID prepare all the artwork pertaining to your order.
3. Your company approves the artwork. Once this approval is given the order is finalised.
4. Brand-ID prepares your order.
5. Brand-ID notifies your company that the order is finished and ready for dispatch.
6. Your company kindly settles the remaining 50% of the invoice total prior to dispatch.
7. Brand-ID dispatches the goods to your nominated delivery address.
8. The goods are normally received within two working days of dispatch.
